Simply spruiking... markets this weekend

Phew... is this year over yet?  Not quite!  I'm doing my last two markets for the year this weekend in Melbourne. Good timing for a little Christmas shopping perhaps?  Unfortunately, with the madness of markets and wholesale orders (and the little matter of a lost camera charger at the moment), I don't have any snaps of the brand new pieces that will be on offer to show you, so you'll just have to come check them out for yourself if you are interested and in old Melbourne town this weekend.

On Saturday, I am all set to be part of a Designer Pop Up/ Garage Sale market organised by the lovely Michelle, the designer behind Tilli Michelle (you can see one of her gorgeous tops below and check out some of her designs here on Etsy). Also on offer will be stunning glass jewellery and art by Lisa Cahill, and I will also be selling some gift cards and new limited edition prints of original charcoal art by Noel Miller.

There will also be complimentary chilli kransky brioche hotdogs with pear and date chutney, compliments of BIRDMAN EATING Fitzroy, and bubbles compliments of the designers.

WHEN: This Saturday, 4th December, 10am - 4.30pm.
WHERE:  The laneway off Young Street, Fitzroy. In between Westgarth St, just off Brunswick St... and Cecil St.

Then on Sunday, I will be heading back to the North Melbourne Market, run by the Thread Den team.  It's on again at the Lithuanian Club on Errol Street, from 10am to 2pm. Click here for more details about the market, including map, transport options etc. You may have heard, Thread Den in North Melbourne is closing down.  Fear not, the market will still run in North Melbourne next year, and the Thread Den shop and sewing classes in Fitzroy will continue.  It's still a sad loss for my 'hood in North Melbourne, but the one bonus is they are having a garage sale on Sunday too, so it's another good reason to head down and check it all out.

My stall will be in the bar room area, on the ground floor.  Enter from Errol Street, then go down the hallway and into the room on your left.

If you are interstate, or can't make it to the market, but would like to purchase one of my pieces for a present (or treat yourself), please feel free to get in touch.  I am hoping to get the Etsy Shop back up and running next week, but in the meantime, direct orders and enquries are very welcome.

Simply yours,
Phoebe
